Although I joined Mr Gan's tuition rather late in J2, his lessons have been incredibly helpful in aiding my understanding of H2 Math and not just memorising steps and formulas. Additionally, his online website has a plethora of resources such as the question bank; not to mention that each and every question has a video to explain the solutions to truly help you get a grasp of the concepts. Mr Gan's revision classes have helped me the most as they go through commonly tested questions and foundational concepts that I had missed in J1. Last but not least, Mr Gan makes one feel at ease when clarifying any doubts be it offline or online!

Mr Gan is a very friendly and patient teacher. Whenever I needed help, he would never fail to lend a helping hand and guide me step by step when I got stuck at questions. He is also very dedicated, having easily accessible video recordings for us to refer to anytime we need them. These have been helpful for me when I needed a recap of some of the concepts taught. He never fails to keep lessons engaging, breaking down information into bite-size pieces so that we understand the concepts taught better. Thank you Mr Gan!

I went to Mr Gan's tuition after my math grades started stagnating at B. I initially felt it wasn't very worth it, but I disagree in hindsight. Without studying under Mr Gan, I don't think I would have striven for excellence. I was even told that despite having a grasp of concepts, a lack of practice and familiarity would give me a C in A Levels. So I endeavored to change that and eventually, I got myself an A! Thank you for the inspiration, Mr Gan. And to anyone reading this review, do come here if you wish to strive for excellence as well.

Mr Gan makes lessons fun and is knowledgeable about the H2 Math syllabus and will be sure to guide you towards mastering the math syllabus! He also provides generous practices so you can practice sufficiently to hone your skills :) and never hesitates to clarify doubts in class!

Mr Gan is an excellent tutor, going above and beyond to guide and lead his students into excelling in Mathematics. His friendly and enthusiastic approach towards H2 Mathematics sparks interest, evoking a joyful and encouraging learning environment in his classrooms. Mr Gan is a very detailed and clear Math teacher who teaches not just content but also useful tricks like showing us how to identify key clues in questions, which really helped improve our problem solving skills. His online portal includes recordings of past lessons and topic which were especially helpful for revising older J1 topics. He is also very responsive to messages, replying promptly whenever I needed clarification so I could continue working on my questions without delay. When I struggled with a difficult problem, he would always encourage me to keep trying and he is someone who always believes in his students. He definitely made H2 math much more manageable and built our confidence!

Mr Gan is a very dedicated and patient teacher who takes time to explain concepts clearly and clarify any doubts. The question bank was also super useful in my revision throughout the 2 years of JC and especially during A Levels. Would definitely recommend TGM!
