An Overview of Our Classes
Here, at Tim Gan Math Learning Centre, our IP Math Tuition classes aim to provide comprehensive coverage of the IP Math syllabus using our concise and structured lesson materials. Capped at 10 physical students per class, this ensures that our students have undivided attention from our tutors. Our ultimate aim is to prepare students to excel in the A Level H2 Mathematics Examinations.
As firm believers that true effective learning happens beyond the classroom, we have launched our online Student Learning Portal which allows students to gain access to video explanations and step-by-step workings to past lesson materials and additional practices. Doing so will ensure that they will fully internalise what they have been taught and learn at their own pace.

The Integrated Programme (IP) in Singapore bypasses students from the “O” Level examinations, and teaches concepts and subjects that go beyond the “O” Level Syllabus, offering a direct route towards the “A” Levels or International Baccalaureate (IB).
Students will be taught “A” Level subjects like Number Bases as early as Secondary 3 to give them a head start. It allows students to enter Junior College (JC) with a solid foundation, ensuring more time is available for more time-consuming topics like Project Work in JC1.
This brings about higher academic expectation and involvement in the later years, calling the need for diligence and perseverance.
With tuition available for tackling IP Math, students no longer need to waste time attempting to solve problems for long durations on their own; a reliable tutor can easily offer guidance and important resources that build on a student’s foundation.
